So i need paid video hosting, for some vids that should stay private.. the only method to see them should be the on my site. Even if someone copy's the embeed code they should not work.. should working only on my url !!

I use EZS3 and Amazon's S3 service, which accomplishes what you describe.

vimeo paid account allows you domain privacy so it will only play on your domain and will be invisible on vimeo itself

if is cheaper yes yes half the price, less features.. mybe start whit this one and if things start to rool use the other one ..
