If you are using Knownsrv is better you run away, if they want to suspend you they can do that, and if goverment want your information is easy, Knownsrv was this on Terms Of Service page:

Privatelayer is OK, they really ignore DMCA. Novogara and Privatelayer also is considered bulletproof by copyright holders.
