I need offshore dedicated server

Hello guys i need offshore dedicated server for streaming , with dmca ignore , copyrights ignoring , where should i buy a server like this? some vouched sources , i don t want my server to be deleted or something like that ....

koddos.net worked for me well with MMO/Bianry offers , got lot of DMCA complaints but all servers were ok , want a better solution (not better performance go to hostkey.com)

Can you please elaborate how something can be shitty provider if their location is US based? The person who actually recommended us for Offshore hosting has been our client for more than 3 years.

Also yes we have OVH servers indeed but we are offering quality services in terms of support and price. You can not buy VPS for $5 in Windows OS from OVH directly. There are many things where we came to resolves the people problems with better price and support.

About the offshore indeed we have servers in NL for offshore hosting.

If you have tried us before and then commentated it then i would like to know what happened that made you think we are shitty provider.

I'm in this scene for long time ago, one thing I know. I never, but never will trust in "Offshore" US Based, never.
Why? US don't like people or companies that ignore DMCA, when they discover or going after your business, if you are US based.

Maybe you should get prepared for ACE and other powerful organizations. Your servers are in Netherlands but you are US based.

You will know in near future, when you get ACE complaints at your door...

Also in your Terms of Service you are saying this:

I'm so sorry, I can't recommend a Hosting based in US. Do you know, you are doing is very risky, not only for you, but for your clients.
When you get bigger enough, you will see what will happens.

The NL servers are not under our company name. there is nothing wrong with that then.

Did you read your own TOS? Below "DMCA Ignored Hosting" is very clear. You don't allow that...

You see we don't have offshore hosting under the other service tab. It is under Web Hosting. We have mentioned only 4 points for DMCA ignored hosting. Nothing special for Offshore VPS. You can always contact us to confirm exact policy for specific products. if you don't get it.


I will ask team to clear it in our terms to be understood it properly.

Kvchosting.net is not offshore! Don't say what you don't know.
 
I think you need to create list of candidates and start questioning them about opportunities.
Some companies do not list all opportunities on their sites. Only through private conversation you can find out what would be possible and what not.
 
You could find lots of hosting offers in Marketplace, read some reviews. Don't forget to chat with technical support & make sure the ISP won't shut down your server for DMCA abuses. Don't forget about the coupons that may give you a discount.

Furthermore, some ISPs may offer an Xtream-UI Panel based in a cloud-based environment. Xtream UI is believed to be the most popular streaming software & may be a great alternative to renting your own dedicated server for streaming.

Look for servers based outside the EU & US jurisdiction to avoid DMCA takedown.

Servers from hostingsource.com and legionbox.com can be quite suitable for you.
They are cheap, have well-balanced servers with high uptime.
 
Guys, i wish to change my VPS server . Can't choose between: altushost.com , shinjiru.com , undergroundprivate.com . For each of them can find negative reviews as well , but not so many anyway.
Just need real DMCA ignore server , with good speed connection, 2-3 CPU, 4 RAMM for budget 40-50 usd.
And finally Bulgaria or Netherlands for adult tube =))) ? What's best ?

Any advices, please ?
 
remember one thing bro, most of hosting providers say they are offshore , but they are not. Remember to check the server locations and tos before ordering.

i completely agree with this dude. Companies cant list on tos page sometimes because of legal issues, So better ask them on live chat or ticket.
