    1. open your project tab (only your project tab, and ignore the other "distract")
    2. stare to it for about 1-2 minutes.
    3. drink some coffee
    4. and continue stare it for about 5 minutes
    5. caffeine kick in
    6. start the project.

Think about that the only thing that matters now is to go on with the work. No matter if it's excellent or not, you can care about that later. But I struggle pretty much with the same right now, it's just not that extreme though.

Stop reading forums and going through funny cats on the internet and "JUST DO IT!"

Go for a walk, get off a computer. Clear your mind...

Fuck, even have a day off.

Shit Op - I'm having this problem too.

It happens me every so often.

For me, I just break down the project in to smaller tasks and shuffle the tasks around and pick a new task to work on.

Chin up - you will dominate! :)

Take a break! Don't push so hard!

Go for a walk, go for a short holiday, Don't do anything related to your project during this break.
When you come back, you will be fresh and will have the power to continue :)

"Fuck motivation. it?s a fickle and and unreliable little dickfuck and isn?t worth your time.

Better to cultivate discipline than to rely on motivation. force yourself to do things. force yourself to get up out of bed and practice. Force yourself to work. Motivation is fleeting and it?s easy to rely on because it requires no concentrated effort to get. Motivation comes to you, and you don?t have to chase after it.

Discipline is reliable, motivation is fleeting. The question isn?t how to keep yourself motivated. It?s how to train yourself to work without it."

You don't need motivation, you need commitment.

When I'm stuck in a project, it helps for me to do something else for a few minutes and then come back when I start feeling the urge to work again. Works every time for me.

    Hi Dear,
I am having 15 years motivation experience. do one thing : sit erect for 20 minutes and just observe your normal breath. while you doing this, there will be so many images and scenes will appear at your conscious mind. when you feel so then again come to observation on your normal breath. This will rounds so many times. No problem...do it daily. after 20 minutes you will feel very ralax. then start the work and see there will be answer for you troubles.
