Just get a monthly subscription for a VPS with preinstalled SEO tools. That way you'll save a lot of money and can try out and use a lot of different tools for next to nothing. I myself have the third plan from seotoolsvps.biz.

I'm not here to dump on anyones hustle, but without tooting my own horn, I've gotten really great results by paying a premium for high quality, non-spammy back links related to the theme of my site (i.e. fitness site links to my bodybuilding site; that sorta thing).

Remember, kiddos. You get what you pay for.

Disclaimer: I have not used these products in a long time, but i do understand how they work.

As for tools, I use myseotool for rankings, and semrush for intel. That's it. The rest requires a real working budget for links via a link broker and content creation.

I will suggest GSA as I'm getting great performance over offshore seo vps magnificently.
There is another some seo tools but this is great ever.
