Im trying to start a small movie blog but i dont know what to do.
I got a nice theme but i dont know how to add the movies or make things work.
Can someone add me via skype and help me with this?

Ill be willing to pay $10 after it is done its a blogger.

1.fully automated by getting videos from youtube,vimeo etc

Sounds like you have a lot to learn if you don't know how to create posts and pages. Hit me up dude, I'll see what i can do for you. I've been running wordpress sites since 2012.

Edit: PM me whenever you see this or check recent threads and asking me whatever you need there. Id answer it here but i prefer it to be in my thread for people to learn.

You can use the premium plugin to copy youtube.

Or you create a blog and embed youtube
