I need justice for this one

Day before yesterday I just saw one red "1" sign on my profile. I didn't noticed that before, because I was busy with my works and couldn't attend long sessions in BHW, but accidently I saw this in my profile few days ago. So I just went deeper and check what this thing is?

Some member just posted a negative review about me in my profile. And I started to think what a crazy man is this? I mean I didn't even remembered what is this for

So I started to dig deeper and I found this the person who responded very unprofessional way to one of my question in his sales thread before about his service. what a crazy man.

The problem isn't this.

The problem is I also add a negative review about this unprofessional reply and unprofessional behavior about this seller on his profile.

and every time that negative review got deleted somehow.


Why is that? I add that negative review because of his unprofessional response to my question on his thread.


I think some person in BHW authority board give so much support and priority to this person. Maybe some personal friendship going on with this person. I don't know exactly about that.

But it need to be fair for every member. right? Every member have rights. right?



See. this is how they response to me, when I reported that negative review on my profile. Honorable mod said that I need to contact that unprofessional seller to remove this negative review.

Why?? Why I need to do that? For asking a question for his sales thread?, and you need me to beg him for remove this negative review he put on my profile for that reason? Why I need to beg for remove his negative review on my profile? He's the unprofessional seller here. Not me.


I need justice. If you can delete my negative review on this unprofessional sellers profile why you can't remove his negative review on my profile he put for fake reason ( for asking a question on his thread)?

Why you telling me to ask about that from him, but you remove the negative review on his profile I put??

Why is that difference?


This is that thread I asked about this case. and That seller deleted most of my replies on his thread by asking mods to delete those. Yes. he cover his tracks. But I have screen shots. I have asked to re open that thread but I got no response to that. It's look shady to me. So that's the reason I finally posted this.

This crazy seller didn't even get my question correctly to his mind and starting to act like dog barking to someone who unknown person came to home. I mean from "real person " is not about Jr VIP.

I actually couldn't find any person who used this service and their reviews after that. Only I saw is some stats in image file and seller keep posting it. But in every other sales threads I saw bunch of members real testimonials. I seriously couldn't find those real testimonials and that's why I asked like that.

And what this person has to do is point me to those reviews, testimonials of people who already used this service. That's the professional act and professional way to deal with users. Am I wrong?

And above this's my answer to honorable mod. I just agreed to that part "If I was the seller I'd just have responded, "yes". and asked you to read the thread to get them" .

I saw so many sales thread in BHW with real people testimonials who used services as their last reply. and every time seller update the thread he/she put his last reply on the thread, he/she include all real people testimonials about that service. If that happen there, then this wouldn't never happen. and I'm sure then I'll order from him. But with that unprofessional reply of this seller I changed my mind to not to buy this service from him.


What I needed is real testimonials of people who already used that service.

And this seller didn't get that question correctly, and even he didn't asked by the reply what you want to know or something like that, or point me to the testimonials of real people on his thread. but starting to act with unprofessional way with aggressive reply. And he didn't stopped with that. He came to my profile and posted a negative review about this.

If he stopped with that thread incident it's also fine for me. I'll forget that of course if that happens. But this unprofessional seller took another unprofessional act that came to my profile and quickly posted a negative review I didn't even noticed that on that days. And I was busy with my work and I saw this few days ago.

First off, drop the melodrama. No staff member has a personal friendship with some random seller who posted some feedback in your profile, and insinuating such a thing (you know, that word you just learnt) with no evidence only hurts your case.

Speaking of evidence, do you know how many "It's fake! They are lying! Remove the review" reports we get each week from members trying to get rid of genuine feedback? Need I remind you that your initial report was just "I just saw this. I even do not remember when this happen. Please remove this false negative review." Surely, even you must understand that we're not going to remove negative feedback based on the reporter's apparent amnesia.

But that's not all, you proceeded to Brock Turner your way into submitting another brief report after being rejected. That's where that lovely little response in your screenshot came from: you not understanding rejection.

But let's correct some of your statements so to make sure we're all on the same page here.

You'll probably argue that "you're just throwing it out there and not saying that's the reason", but you are suggesting that it's a potential reason. Rather, you just can't fathom why something doesn't happen the way you want it to, so someone with authority is clearly giving a random 2020 seller benefits for some inexplicable reason; it's always someone else's fault, right?

Mind you, that seller you're complaining about has multiple sales thread rejections for not reading the marketplace content standards and several infractions; he's clearly not getting any benefits from the staff members.

If you're asking why you need to first work things out with the other party, that's because this is a business forum. Black Hat World will arbitrate disputes in the shit list section, but only after both parties have attempted to resolve the issue themselves in order to avoid wasting staff resources.

Ah, yes, how could I forget that detailed explanation of "I even do not remember when this happen" you gave in your report.

Now that we're on the same page here, I'm going to let you in on something: members are only permitted to leave negative feedback on profiles if a business transaction took place. In other words, if a business transaction didn't take place, then neither one of you can post a review on each other's profiles. On the other hand, if a business transaction did take place, then both of you can leave feedback on each other's profiles. The issue here is that you said you don't remember this even taking place (but you do remember a great deal about it when you have to complain about it in public, right?)

What I'm trying to tell you is that you should open a support ticket about this issue (do not message a staff member as our inboxes are not the support desk) and let us know if a business transaction took place or not. Don't pad it out with "he said, she said", "maybes", and other nonsense; just calmly explain why the feedback should be removed and you'll get an answer on what you should do.

Keep in mind that it's a negative review on your profile, not an ostracism from dying your hair a funny colour; it's not the end of the world nor is a potential misunderstanding on either end unfair.

As a side note, please pick your target audience the next time you decide to write an essay on inequality. I see you appealing to BHW members with the whole "unfair" shtick whilst asking the administrators for help with this issue after implying we're giving a seller extra benefits. Overall, I give you a D-, and that's being generous.
