I need indian debit card for verification purpuses

I need debit card from indian bank (master card or visa)

Name on the card is not important and doesn't require to have money. I need this for verification purposes. Virtual card won't work, I already tried that. I only need to have i informations on the card: name, card number, date and cvc code.

Payment via paypal. If you have debit card you won't planing using I would like to buy.
