I NEED IMPORTANT HELP IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS PLEASE

So I started an account on fiverr as a seller and my first gig is about giving instagram followers because I found programs like instagress and massplanner but I guess I didn't do enough research and it turns out the programs need the instagram password but in my fiverr gig I wrote that it doesn't need the password. And I already got a few orders and now i'm freaking out i'm afraid to tell the customers I need their password, that just looks fishy.

Does anyone know of programs like these that DON'T need the password and only the username? Thanks! I appreciate your time and help

Mmm I think it's a little difficult to find this kind of programs.
My only solutions are:
-Send them fake followers with addmefast or another site.
-Try to explain them what you really planned to do, sometimes peoples understand easily

Explain what you'll do, either provide fake followers (even though they look real), or refund them their money.

If they complain, they will get their money back anyway and you'll get a strike for each under Fiverr. Get ahead of the coming problem, and give your clients an option. You'll be surprised as some may not care.

Now, how many followers were you willing to provide for $5?

Make something up, like politicians do.

I would refund them and tell them you will offer double when the gig gets up and running. That way you are keeping them as customers in the long run.

Worst thing you can do now is desperately try to deliver something, end up giving them crap and getting neg reviews plus losing two customers that could have been life long clients.

Refund, rethink. Resell.

Very true! I actually sent them a message asking if they mind getting fake followers or if they prefer real but that would require their password. If they say no i will simply refund and edit my gig. Thanks for the advice and time have an amazing week!

if you get orders that quickly, i guess you promised a number of followers that even using reseller programs will not be profitable.
