Just look around the successful sites in Google search and you will get ideas.

Asking that, here, meaning you haven't done your homework.
I would suggest not to open a website at all at this current point.
Learn how to identify what is a "good" niche and how to evaluate one. just search around BHW, if you know what you are searching for, BHW is a gold mine.

Evergreen niches are easy to flip

You can start any site in any niche of your choice, but traffic is the main thing

Just look at a random sites and think about what can you do better than them.

You can't , even when you do some stupid keyword research
getting some cheap hosting and domain will not bring you money , sorry for the harsh truth , but we have an old saying , don't take the words of someone will make you laugh , take the worlds from someone who will make you fucking cry .
you need to transform every opportunity to bring something in the table .
example , like 2 years ago i got a domain (talking about blogging here , there is shit load of other methods to bring you more) , not supposed to reveal the niche but it was CBD (dying niche now with all the marijuana's rules signals, everything put me in the position to sell the shit or keep it and risking ) chose to sell for high 5 figures than to risk marijuana getting legalized everywhere .
In a nutshell , you want to have high paying offers make a website and work on the SEO as much as possible for the next 2-3 years. (Forex up to $250) (Hosting up to $150) ...... do your research

bro you comment hit in me right in the heart it feels like these gurus that teach us things only tell us outdated things. I am desperately looking for good niches as there is so much competition. Chose a small niche in one of the huge evergreen markets like dating / health / wealth. These will never go out of fashion.
