I need ideas on what to with with a certain domain

I recently just bought a domain, a brand name for a popular Youtube beauty vlogger. She has about 200k active subscribers. Imagine buying jessicaalba.com, you'd think it's a golden opportunity. So what do you think I can do about this? Sell it to her (that is if she wants to buy it) or build on it?

First you need to estimate the most accurate real cost of the domain. Sometimes it happens that a domain seems to be valuable, but in reality it does not have much value. I was once engaged in buying and selling domains, but at the very beginning of the journey, everything turned out not as I thought. It happened that domains that seemed to me valuable hadn't any real value and vice versa ...

Yea, sometimes what you think is valuable isn't considered one from peoplés perspective. But this is different, I believe it is valuable because it is a brand name. I just need ideas on how I can monetize this domain. Thanks for your input.

You can make afan website on that domain about this particlualr Youtube beauty vlogger . Then either pitch it to her or just put adsense ads etc on the website. You can also partner with her if you are getting good traffic to the webiste and sell her branded products on the website and ask her to promote the website in her videos. And split the profits with her.

I did think about this. In fact, I sent her an email stating that we can partner together while I manage the fan website. I did not get any response. Hence, why I decided to come to BHW to ask for ideas or advice. Thank you for your input.

I don't think she would have responded if there was no such website up and running and getting traffic. You can setup the website first, drive traffic to it and get the analytics data and then resend her email with that data for her to see the benefit in partnering with you.
