you will need a mailing automation system but you also have to be wary that you will be blacklisted for spam quickly. Target more into the list, find something to do/sell first of all

why did you get an 8m list when
a) you dont know what to mail
b) you dont know how to mail

To email a list that size you would need a strong understanding of how to configure an email server.
You would have to program it only to send certain amounts of emails per hour to core email providers like gmail/hotmail/aol etc as they will all automatically ban your server's IP address if you send too many emails too quickly. You will also have to setup a variety of DNS based flags such as PTS records on your domain that help assure receiving mail servers that you aren't some guy emaliing a huge dodgy list but a legit business.
If somehow you can set that up...or can afford an enterprise level EMP.... then you simply get an amazon affiliate account, write a text only email like "Hello Sir I have good deal on computer chair for u sir" and drop an amazon affiliate link to gaming chair. And hit "Send" to your list.
A warning though, in a lot of countries it's illegal to email a consumer email address without their permission and they can sue you n stuff. They probably won't and I'd totally do it anyway but just letting you know.
