Ok. I am noob and I just got screwed. I hired this guy to work on a website on odesk.com and he created one page instead of website but created it in photoshop psd file. ODesk states if you paid on an hourly rate you must pay regardless of quality and finished product so I have no idea what to do. I have no idea how to create the website from psd file. What can I do to use the design with my meager skills?

You could always do a search for "free psd to xhtml conversion". Then download a html editor to create your extra pages.
