I NEED Help!

I have a big problem that I can't get taken care of. I've had the luck to be found by a particular website that makes money from populating bad press off of other companies. The site is full of lies, I need help from someone skilled in SEO or any other techniques to get this site pushed down of the results in Google, Bing, Yahoo.

I'll pay well for this help. This is a serious project for someone that knows what they are doing.
