I need help!!!

I do not know if this is the right section, but... I am not trying to promote my website here, but I need members opinion on my site and IDEA for a new marketing system. This is a brand new system but here is the problem. Ever since I changed the website, the conversions went down. My website use to be plain and now has color. I have over 150 members in my system within 30 days but it has slowed due to the change of the new site. Please let me know what to you think of the website. If you use a squeeze page
Video on the left and opt-in form on the right
make it in a way to fit the user screen . I beleive your subscribers number will go up .
Plus offer a freebie ...something like a sneak peak of what you will see inside or how I made xxxx$ last month with one of the techniques that you will taught inside .
be creative about the freebie and you should be ok

add more hype,and lose "we believe,we expect,we will succeed", start "closing free membership after 1000 members", if you put up squeeze and only video with features,you'll be getting a lot of "fresh meat" on your list.

Your site looks to professional for this new generation of -used to hype -wanna make money online aspiring marketers. Sell more hype and more dreams!
