I am looking to a tool which has a lot of features, Social Bookmarking, Article Submission, Directory Submission, Forum Postings, Press releases, Video Submssion, but without a monthly membership fee, At the moment I am not Rockefeller, perhaps I am fired from my company. Perhaps you know a real, good working tool, for an affordable price. Please let me know, thanks a lot.

No tool will do everything you described. But you can break it down to:

Bookmarking demon
Scrapebox
Senuke
Xrumer

These are the top ones and there are alternatives. Some of them are monthly, some one time payment. As I said, there are alternatives.

PS: A good one that acts as a mini xrumer and does the whole blog mininet thing that senuke does is "RANK BUILDER PRO"
