I recently created a Facebook group to spread awareness about AI, but it's flopped, and I don't know how to run ads to reach more people. I'm wondering if I should create a Facebook channel for better advertising or continue with this group because people don't seem very interested.I find my group quite boring and nobody cares, even though I've begged everyone to contribute, but nothing has changed.

Create a Facebook Page and use it to bring people into your group, because groups rarely grow on their own.

Create a new one and run some ads with a nice lander to make people want to follow what you're doing. I don't know what your final goal is, but there are ways to make it active

i'd suggest to go for page and create infographics post also connect with instagram for reels type video it'll help more
