I'm planning to make TikTok videos based on interesting facts but I don't know what kind of videos should I create? For example I'll post a fact about Usain Bolt's world records, I'll use my own voice and will add subtitle but I don't know what kind of footage should I make?
AFAIK it's not okay to post pictures I find on google since copyright issues. Do you have any idea on how can I make a video?

A reaction video would work maybe? maybe you can pop up some photos or video like usain bolt just for reference or something. I'm not quiet sure of what I'm thinking or is it possible but mostly I see in tiktok they just simply make like a reaction video of those famous peps in internet.

you can film yourself talking about the facts or use free stock footage from sites like Pexels or Unsplash.
 
Hey! For TikTok videos, you can try using stock footage from sites like Pexels or Pixabay, which are free and safe to use.
 
You can refer to some other people's videos, then edit them and remove some content
