depends on geo, if you want to show your videos in the same geo as where you're staying, you don't need it
 
Proxies are recommended as they're cheap and you can easily scale to more accounts if you need to
 
Really depends on what exactly you do. If you plan on running only 1 page then you could go without proxy.
But it is still better to use one, it is not that expensive to have 1 proxy, it is safer and if you plan on expanding you will surely need to useproxies.
 
Proxies would help you to target geo if you have any. Also, it would help you in the long run for sure.
 
If you're not already on the location or target you need, then absolutely. Although you might not need IP rotation, just a proxy that gives you residential IP of good quality should work wonders
 
Don't see why you'd need a proxy for one account, unless you';ve been banned before?
