Ok guys I know this does not belong to this website but knowing alot of you I know you will not mind me asking here.
Recently I stated an internship at the State house in Boston and I am in the office of one of the state representatives. Today he asked me to work on his website because it is lame and needs to look better.
This is where your help comes in.
I need a good looking template, political if possible, and free. I've seen a few good ones but they are moslty flash and cost about $60. I need a free template, with or without flash, i don't care. I'll learn flash if I need to complete this task.
Any ideas where to look, any specific torrent files? I don't want to download the interire pirate bay for this.
