I Need Help

Hey guys, so Im not an affiliate marketer, nor am I making videos on youtube to just make money. My friends and I make comedy sketch videos together, and have been for a couple months now.

We have 2400+ subscribers and get 1500+ views per video. We release a video every few weeks. We get great comments on every video all saying they like our video.

We are really trying to get around 10 000 subscribers and start to get a fair amount of views, atleast 5000 per video...Weve tried everything we can think of. Facebook, Twitter, Tube Toolbox. Nothing seems to work, we just cant get the views or subscribers.

Im wondering if anyone has any ideas for us on how we can get over the next hump, and get up there in the youtube community.

hey bobg, maybe we can help each other out...I run a video site that gets traffic from all over the world and we promote it via 15 twitter accounts and 20 facebook fan pages

if your vids are as good as you say then maybe you can help me with some info...do you know how to create a custom thumbnail for your vids???
