I need help with yessclick ads

Anyone using yessclick ads/ former bidtraffic.
I am having trouble integrating their ads. The instructions they gave me are
ToolBox -> xml link details.
First you need to change special macros to real data. So instead of %ip% you need to paste $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'].
After all changes you need to get the content of the page according to the address.
The page will have xml structure. Then you need to set up materials for the ads from this data and place them where you want.

I have no idea how to use the xml...

P.S I am using wordpress
