I need help with this case, is there a bot?

You may know about internet banking which you can check transactions, and make instant fund transfer within the system.

I don't see that they can be used as payment gateway. However if i could, it would be awesome to have instant fund transfer tool as a payment gateway. Normally seller have to manually view transactions on internet banking and verify the order. But I want to make things auto.

Is there a way to create a bot that can read those "transaction history" and send a signal to my e-commerce site to approve the order ?

My cousin suggests that there may be a way with BOT. a BOT that can act like a normal saleman. The bot will read transactions then act on web browser interface. It's like an email creator I used to see on this forum.

I may be confused about what you are saying... but there are many merchant services that should provide automatic payment? You may just want to contact your banker and see what they can set up for you as a first step.

It's not simple like that. Why i have to post if there is a solution. lol Naturally internetbanking is not payment gateway. There is no way you can automate ebook delivery with an offline payment method.

There should be a saleman sitting in front of computer, checking for payment via internet banking to notice the transaction and search for the order on e-commerce site to approve the order.

I was asking is there any BOT that can act like a saleman?

Can UBOT do that ? I don't know if this is possible.

This would be incredibly simple to program for me in c++ if I understand you.. perhaps I have been up too long but I am fairly certain there is software out there already that does exactly this with paypal integration and the like.

Well, paypal integration . I don't think it's the same. Paypal is online method which has guide, tutorial how to integrate while this is OFFLINE payment method. And I need a bot that can check transactions then communicate with my e-commerce site to approve/process the order.
