I need help with the xgram bot!

I've been trying to find tutorial on how to use the bot and nothing comes up but bs! I just need help with the basics and how to add proxies and to find proxies (public ones)

Anyone out there. PLEASE HELP!

In case i have heard its not best option to go with public proxies. However there are lot of tools for getting public proxies over here. I dont know if it is still working but charon i have used before.
