A few days ago, my account was frozen. My bot told me it was due to being maliciously reported. So I appealed to them from multiple angles, but I haven't received a response; I feel forgotten. However, I have many customers on TG, so I really need it. When I tried to register from several phones that have never registered for TG on my computer, I was prompted that unregistered accounts need to register on the mobile side. But when I tried to register on my phone, it told me to receive the verification code on a logged-in device, getting me stuck in a dead loop. It's ridiculous that an unregistered account requires me to receive a verification code on a device I've logged into. But I really need it; how can I solve this?

My account has been frozen, and I have been asked to appeal, but I have appealed through multiple channels without anyone resolving the issue for me. I can still log in to my account, but I can no longer receive or send messages. I want to register a new account using a phone number that has never been registered with TG, but the registration result is the same for every phone number, asking me to receive the verification code on the device where I logged in, but my new phone number has never been registered.

Forget the forzen account there is no way to get it back.
Use a different number than the one its showing already logged in.
No, I didn't use the same phone number; I used a different one that has not been registered with TG.

you need clean the existing installation and files left
check with the sim used for receive text message / whatsapp to receive is valid and verify normally
