I need help with starting up a physical web cam studio in Columbia

I'm looking for any advice related to starting up a physical webcam studio, both the success and failures that could happen.

A quick background from me is that I've been a programmer in the US for a few years and can handle the technical aspects of the studio.

I mainly want to set up in Columbia because of how cheap housing is. It looks like I could get a space for about 4k/month that could hold 10 girls at a time. My assumption is that having 20 girls working 12 hour shifts, averaging about 1k each, I'll have 20k per month to work from, then after expenses I'd take the profit and reinvest to get more locations.

I have about 50k in cash which I'm hoping should be enough to startup (please let me know if I'm over my head). I'm thinking this will cover the initial costs for housing, equipment, etc. But the knowledge I'm lacking is:

• Where to find girls
• Training and maintaining girls
• Figuring out the type of people to hire for the administrative/management side
• Not being a native speaker

The scenario I've been dreaming about is finding someone (on here maybe?) that actually knows the business, speaks Spanish, and knows the Columbia area, but just doesn't have the starting capital. But until then, I'm going to be pro-active and learn everything I need to (even Spanish).

I would recommend looking into security too, if setting up in Colombia.

Do you have any details on keeping the location safe? My initial thoughts on security would be the cartels/local gangs setting me up for extortion. Instead of paying them off or keeping hired guns, my plan would be to have multiple locations so if they target one, I could just dissolve it and set up shop elsewhere.

Hopefully in reality the most I have to deal with security-wise is a jealous boyfriend or a cam girl who just got fired and goes crazy trying to destroy stuff.

strict contracts i’m sure could fight off the angry boyfriend or a crazy girl, not too strict that it’ll ward off the girls but strict enough that they can’t retaliate if something goes wrong

Okay for finding girls, escort sites are good. As you've got the technical knowhow, scraping these sites shouldn't be a problem for you. Cold outreach. Volume is your friend.

For training and management, you will churn and burn a lot of girls. Basically what you are looking for, is girls who actually work hard, this will reduce the amount of training you have to do. The girls who earn the most are the hardest workers. You can't train for this, they either have it or they don't. Volume is key here so you need to have your recruitment dialled in.

You don't need to hire in the beginning, you promote your best girl to manage the other girls. Give her a salary along with her earnings.

As you're not a native speaker, It will probably be best you find a partner. I'd recommended a Spanish speaking marketing expert. Marketing will always be useful.

Btw, English speaking girls is a must, that's where the money is + multi-stream ; )

A partner would make things a lot more smoother, it just sucks that I have no idea how to find this person. I know it's wishful thinking at best, but the perfect scenario would be for someone who is as dialed in as me that knows the business side (especially the Spanish part).

You will need to consider factors such as location , equipment and marketing. Look for a suitable location that offers privacy and meets and legal criteria.

Also watch carefully where in colombia ur gonna set it up and how. Doing it at the wrong place at the wrong time can get ur kidneys harvested just saying lol
