I need help with Shopify SEO

Hello BHW, I've been a BHW member for a little over 4 years now. I had big IM aspirations when I was 16. Then boom, I got sidetracked with other life things. I am now 20 years old, and looking to hop back into this lifestyle. I created a Shopify site recently, but am getting no traffic. I understand I have to do ads but I want to complete some off page SEO first. I'm not sure if anybody can point me in the right direction, if so i'd greatly appreciate it.
