I need help with paypal

Hey, i really realy need help with paypal, when i try to login it says suspicious activity, it says ''Click here to verify your account'' I did, it showed ''Enter your phone number'' So i entered a phone number, but it says ''this number doesn't appear to be registered to this name, please try again'', so i'm basically locked out of paypal
