Related ads and affiliate links to amazon and other sites would be a good start.
Ads can be affiliate links themselves.

CPA: Depends on the niche and offers available.
Popups: Not a good long term strategy in my opinion.

Your site is about product reviews? The obvious answer is put up links to buy that product. Amazon and ebay both have affiliate programs. You can do more research and try to find a better payout by going directly to the manufacturer or try dropshipping if the item is on alibaba-type sites.
