I need help with Landing Page

So i want to begin a PPC campaign and one of the affiliates have a downloadable landing page. In the zip files are folders such as:

css
fonts
js
images
privacy.html
emailcollect.html

How in the blackhatworld do i upload this to my wordpress. I tried uploading new template through landing pages plugin, in didnt work

any suggestions? Please, thank you

If it's a html site it would be considered a seperate entity from wordpress.
