I need help with Google Ads BH accounts.

I just bought a Google Ads account and it won't let me add a payment method since I don't have access to the billing since I can only use it from MCC. I saw that I can add a new billing to add a payment method. The thing is, it asks me for an address. The account is from Kenya and I'm from Mexico. What should I do?

You will have to add a kenyan card. Best option is buying a virtual card that is known to work for kenya.

Are you the MCC owner
Or have direct access to the MCC

Is it asking for a payment method such as card or bank

Or asking for a new payment profile

Note that if you change the payment profile...you are most likely going to loser the account

If it's just a payment method..you can add PayPal
Card or any other

Most vcc works on African account too especially with Google ads

Add cc from payment.google.com before adding on g ads

As for Kenya cards..maybe be tough to get as most fintech platforms there maybe be issuing local cards which will not work on Google ads or dollar ,which is usually with a USA address

Kenyas finance sector isn't that advance, meaning you will find it very hard getting a local card in Kenya from your base in Mexico..warm up a virtual dollar card and try

that’s a common issue when using a Google Ads account through MCC. you can’t manage billing directly unless you own the account.

Yeah, this is a common headache when buying standalone accounts. If it’s locked to MCC-only access, you won’t get full billing control—especially with geo mismatch like Kenya vs. Mexico. Adding a new billing profile might trigger a flag if the address/payment method doesn’t align with the original region.


Tbh, that’s why a lot of my clients stick to rented/managed accounts with billing already set up and warmed. Saves you from dealing with mismatched geo flags or getting stuck in MCC purgatory.
If you’re just starting out, consider renting from a trusted provider—it’s cleaner and you focus on scaling, not fixing broken setups.
 
Billing country is locked, so you must use Kenyan billing/payments or get a Mexico-based account.
