I need help with fb pva's

No clue how to use them, any help please! (Proxy or no proxy).

It depends on how many accounts do you have. The best is to use a different ip for each account and I don't think that PVA relates a lot to it. Using PVA makes the account look more legit, and gives you some extra shots if they want to verify you, because they will just send a message to the phone number instead of asking for ID.
