I need help with changing few words on image/paper

Hello, I have image took with my phone and I need to change few words.

Needs to be perfectly written.

I don't know if I'm allowed to post that here, but have you checked for AI tools that could possibly do that for you? There are paid ones that might help you and the prices are usually not that high.

Using AI would probably be better than hiring someone to do it for you since you need the letters to be perfectly written..
