I need help with broadcasting tv channels

Hello,

In plain and simple words: I want to know how to broadcast tv channels on ustream.tv only.. I have a laptop with intel core 2 duo 2.0 ghz and 2.5 GB RAM.. Please help. I have scoured the internet (Google) to find answer to this question, but simply in vain... I need a step by step method that will allow me to stream TV channels with audio clearly and crisply on ustream.tv.....

One more thing... does Asus My cinema usb device supported by ustream? I am lost and too much tensed.. please help!!!

I am also willing to get this information for a price....

Download Flash Media Encoder, then get a cable box hook the shit up using a tv/pc card and then sign in to ustream.tv goto broadcast hit play on flash media encoder then hit start on ustream set up your category on ustream and ur streaming live..
