Guys!! If you can give me some good advice, ill really appreciate that.
Basically I'm creating my own series of products which includes a course on Affiliate Marketing and a lot of more stuff.
But I think I got a problem. Firstly the logo that I'm using on my e-covers is previously used and made by one of the person I know who is selling course on banking. I asked my designer to model it but he copied it. Is it going to get me sued? For copyrights? Here is the logo I am talking about. The rogue behind the light sabers is the logo my designer copied as it is.
This is the product mock-up of my frontend offer.
Secondly, I have named my course Affiliate Jedi Academy. I totally came up with the name myself but later found that Lucas films has already sued many companies for using Jedi in their names.
Again this is another problem. I have already made all the content and I am ready to launch it this weekend.
I was thinking that if I could just start it as it is, and once I have those initial sales.
Before starting with ads. I would just re-brand it and change the logos and name.
Should I go with the flow and re-brand it later?
P.S. Invested all my money in it as well. Cant go for another designer right now.
