One of my clients is trying to build a blog site focused on science, the future world, and space. But their budget is very low. The growth is happening very slowly. In this case, what should be done to get faster and better results?

If someone can give me some suggestions, it would be really helpful.

If blog is not developed yet, You can build blog with WordPress newspaper theme and use demo "TECH NEWS". Try to post content regularly on science, the future world, and space.
Share at social media, join fb group. Build backlink that are related science, the future world, and space, Monitor SEO with SEMRUSH and Ahrefs Webmaster tools, Fix SEO error & Continue..................

Try focusing on low-cost, high-impact stuff like SEO, writing trending blog topics, and posting on Reddit or Quora. Also, use social media to drive traffic. Consistency is key—slow growth is normal at first, but it adds up!

But their budget is very low.
What do you mean by "budget"? Is their whole "SEO Budget" or is the budget they have set aside for content development?

If it´s the first, I 110% agree with @KloudBucket and focus your SEO efforts into more impactfull areas. If, by the other hand, its the second item, then you need to come clean with the client and let them know that business growth comes with a price, especially on their industry/niche.

If they are still giving you issues, then unfortunately you have to make a decission and determine whether that client is a good fit for you.

What is a low budget client? That's not a client and stop wasting your time on penny pinchers and tirekickers.
If he don't money ask him to work on his website himself.
As so as some one tells you he has no money stop right there. You are wasting yout time.

Try writing on Quora. Focus on adding value and not inserting links of your website in initial stages. It will help in brand awareness and second Quora is free. try writing on trending topics on their industry. Promote on social media. You will get big results from this but will get a little slow growth.

But to be honest, on internet you need to spend money to get results.

Time is valuable and if a client has zero budget it is better to move on politely because sometimes low-budget projects if managed smartly with clear limits can build experience and lead to bigger opportunities later and balance is key

For low-budget growth, focus on long-tail keywords and Write HQ Content for regular SEO-friendly posts. Share content on Reddit, Quora, and FB groups to get free traffic. Improve internal linking and offer a simple lead magnet (like a free space facts PDF) to build an email list. Consistency is key.

Start by targeting low competition, long tail keywords related to science and space. Create engaging, simplified blog posts regularly and share them on Quora, Reddit, and niche Facebook groups for free exposure.

Start with low-competition keywords and publish articles. Join relevant communities (FB, LinkedIn), share fresh and helpful ideas, and focus on building your own community.

Focus on creating engaging, easy-to-understand content that sparks curiosity. Like breaking down complex topics into simple explanations or exploring intriguing "what if" scenarios. Utilize free tools like Canva for visuals and Unsplash for images to enhance posts without extra costs. Promote content through relevant Reddit communities, Twitter threads, and Facebook groups to reach interested audiences without spending on ads. Collaborate with other bloggers or science enthusiasts for guest posts or content swaps to expand reach.

Start by narrowing the niche to specific topics like "space tech for beginners" or "future science breakthroughs" to stand out in a crowded field. Utilize free blogging platforms and tools to minimize expenses. Leverage free or low-cost content creation resources, such as Creative Commons images and self-made graphics. Engage with online communities and forums related to science and space to build an audience and drive traffic.
