I Need Help w/ Micro Niche Website Seo Ranking Please

So iv had a micro niche website that i bought here on BHW about 3 months ago thinking i would be able to find out how to rank it but sadly i was wrong and i have ot made a cent from my site and all iv accomplished is alot of research and not enough action so iv decided to come to you for help i asked the person i bought the site from for help but he is currently busy with other projects to help me with seo but was kind enough to share that i shouldn't spend much more then 50$ to rank my site and i want to find someone to help me but that wont charge me 100-200$ for a site that has low competion so if anyone could help me id be most greatly appreciate it im having troubles finding a job and i'm not making enough from IM at the moment.
