I need help transferring a WordPress site!

I sold a website that is based on WordPress. It only has eleven pages and it's currently hosted at GoDaddy. I sold the site to someone (They also have a GoDaddy acount) and I need to transfer the site to them/ What's the easiest way to do this? Is there a way to transfer the whole site as is to their hosting? Thanks and any help would be appreciated!

i think that also involves domain transfer (owner) as well
