if you have budget for this then the simple way is grow your facebook group using Ads, If not then first of all add all of your facebook friends in group, share your group posts in other groups, will get members to your group
No I don't have budget I will try to share my group in other pages and groups thanks

If you don't have money, you shouldn't be using FB. That crook wants your money and your data which leads to even more money. You will need to buy a 6 pack of beer and spend 12 hour days for a week hitting people up and connecting if you want to do it for free. Your opportunity cost is the time you could be doing something else for a better return. Frankly FB people are not worth much unless you have a great product. otherwise its the ebay of social.

Be very overly helpful in similar groups once the person likes your posts invite them to be friends. Once they become your friend invite them to your group.

no. just be genuine and peeps will come. Even offer trades. "I join urs if you join mine" kind of thing.
just be direct and open. Don't try to trick or spam. Let them know you're starting out. People like to help if they have any ounce of human left with some availability.

It will take real good time if you do it without any ads, so it will be good if can spend some from time to time and also, you would need to put lots of efforts. Otherwise also its already mentioned in above responses what needs to be done and there nothing different anybody else will tell you.

You can share your FB page on other Social Media sites. And you can say your friend that they also share your page on their social sites.I think it is best way for getting followers for your page. And always share interesting post on your page.

Post on forums that are the same niche as your group. Try using ones with lots of members

Promote it in other's page or group, share it around your friends, in a word, try to promote within facebook.
