I need help to lose weight.

"The Power of Habit"

Essentially explains why the blame is not your genes or any other factors but your habbits of what you eat.

To cut it short, STOP all sugars, STOP all carbs. Eat ONLY healthy fats (example virgin olive oil, avocado). And a lot of protein, as well as run/workout.

Track what you eat and your calories through an app. You might think you eat nothing throughout the day but everything adds up. Read nutrition labels, add up calories, carbs, protein and fats.

If you don't lose weight doing any of these I will cut my dick off in protest.

Try less eating carbs and do regularly cardio exercises. I lost aroun 10kg doing it for 6 months now. Good luck!

90 kg / 198LBS , ive been going other way trying to gain it
christmas 2016 112lbs / 50 kilos 6ft tall had surgery on my jaw april due to bone infection
ugh straw and bullet shakes for weeks, still after 8 months 65 kilos / 143LBS
getting better every day, sorry doesnt answer your question its just as tough
loosing as it is for gaining
Nope not true, nothing is easier than gaining weight unless you are super active guy or you don't eat any calories

I personally was on a diet that worked wonders. Look up Scarsdale diet..I lost 1kg/day but you need to have it no longer than 10 days every 2 months..other mates of mine lost between 300g-1kg/day too so depends on the individuals metabolism

Try this dude I think it's work sex, amphetamine, methamphetamine, sympathomimetic drugs

Honestly, more physical activity, less sugar and instead of meat fried on oil/butter, you can grill it. And this should be for quite a bit of time, for your body to stop treating it as forced hunger, because, otherwise, it'll store fat a lot more once you stop.

If you have the money
Purchase a weekly meal plan thats delivered to your house weekly for the Monday to Saturday meals. There should be one in your area.
Ask them for weight loss meals.
Purchase a gym membership, do cardio. Or just get active..

Your problem essentially is lack of motivation to stick to a routine that works for you.

Everyone knows what to do, but not many people can stick to a routine that helps them reach to the promise land.

So, advice such as workout, diet etc won't be of much help for the op.

Motivation is an internal thing. Dig deep within yourself and find a solid reason that will help you stay on track even when you don't feel like doing the hard stuff.

Forget about weight loss or health benefits for a moment. Let's say, I will tell you that you need to train everyday for 1 hour and eat right every day for 6 months and i will give you 10 million dollars at the end of the 6th month whether you show any progress or not.

Do you think you will lose weight or follow the routine for 6 months at a stretch? Most likely. you will. Even the most lazy bum out there will do this because now there is a guaranteed paycheck at the end of the road. This is one of the reasons why you see most actors make such dramatic progress in a short amount of time. Sometimes, we don't believe that we can achieve a certain thing so we put half-hearted efforts into it. So, the first step is to start believing that you will be able to drop all the extra pounds.

I do believe luck does play a part in everything, but don't lag behind on the effort part at least. As long as you keep giving your best shot, there is no telling how soon luck can turn in your favor.

Hello,

So I have been trying on and off to lose weight for the past 10 years. I weight 90 kg with about 30% body fat, I need to weight maybe 65 kg with 9% bodyfat.

I tried and I keep changing my diet plan every other day, I'm confused what to do. I need help, please guide me. I know it's possible to lose weight if I just get lucky, either I get lucky doing it on my own, or I get lucky to have someone help me out.

Should I find someone to help me out, or should I work on my own.

I know losing weight is about diet and not much about exercise, so I don't focus on exercise. I want to eat proper, I know what to eat, but I can't do it, that's why I keep changing my plans.

Any advice? Any inspiration?

Thanks.
I have lost over 60 pounds in the last 3 months from just eating healthy no exercising at all.
