I need help to drive traffic for my website

I put my website online (about 3 weeks ago) and i have no luck with getting traffic...
I worked hard and tried my best to make the design as attractive and simple as possible, it is mobile friendly as well, however, it barely makes 60 visits a day. I activated Adsense yesterday and earned 0.01$

The content is all original, i found comments from random visitors telling me that some of my articles can go viral with the help of a private network to drive traffic or i will get ranked (they put links to theirs).

For now i don't want to spend money on something that may not be profitable, plus i already hired a fiverr gig and all i got is tons of hacker scanning sensible links... So, can you guys suggest me a solid method to drive traffic? i already have fb/g+ pages with no likes and a tw account with 70 followers , also my reddit account is new.

Some stats:

Those comments are spammers, if you approve any of them then you'll open yourself up and get swamped, just trash them.
Keep writing original content, 3 weeks is a bit soon so just keep going as it can take some time. Use a free service to ping your site when you add any new content, one i use is pingfarm.com as it's free.

I haven't approved any of them, also i applied for Google News but they said they need 2-3 weeks to review my website.

Man, I say this from my heart, don't hire marketing staffs from Fiverr, and never never the $5 gigs. It's not just useless, but counterproductive.

I hired some people time ago to test, these kind of gigs saying "10kk followers" or "2500 youtube visits" ... I gave them a bit.ly link so I could analyze, and there were 2 situations:

• No clicks, and when I say no clicks, I say ZERO
• Robots, tons of them. Next time I will hire this service to visit my competitors' websites.

About your graphs, 2 weeks are not enough, keep pushing that it seems you are in the right direction.

Finally, check some people around here, they promote very good SEO services... but be careful, there are also a lot of rubbish (I have someone in mind right now)

3 weeks are nothing to get much traffic, just add more content and do some social media.
