I need help structuring the website.

This is the structure I'd like to have.

I'm having a hard time creating the BACKGROUND IMAGE section in which TEXT and BUTTONS are on (hovering over the image)

I've searched the web but I simply haven't figured it out yet.

Is this possible with these tools?


The tools I use are Astra Pro + Elementor .

I had this problem with elementor. It's allergic to haveing elements over each other. You just have to keep adjusting the margins in advanced settings until it's where you want to go. Be mindful this will break on mobile and you will need to set up a second set of hidden elements that only show on mobile devices. Make your hover elements as desktop-only etc.
