I can set up a bullet proof bulk mailing system for you. I recommend 1 main server for all your data and for the sending software, plus 4 or 5 smtp servers for the sending, each with 30 IPs on rotation. Once the system is warmed up you will comfortably be able to send 500k daily. I can set this up for you within 3-5 days and provide full support and system admin during the setup and warm up process.
