To be honest, its not that hard for you to do yourself.

Its as easy as Googling how to set up an stmp server and then downloading a mass mailing software such as Atomic Mail Sender

But to send 100k you need to have a good smtp to power the fast email sender. Which is what he is asking for and also I need
