I need help scraping information off websites to Excel

Its pretty simple, I need help scraping information off websites and adding it to an excel spreadsheet that I created. I have a list of American football players, and I need to enter their birthday, hometown, and jersey number in the rows next to their names. All this information is found on different parts over a couple websites. The list is over 1000 names so it would be time consuming to do manually. What would be the best method to do this?
