changing country like that is not beneficial, you have a strong account and a little trick you can still advertise gambling in banned countries, we are also advertising gambling to customers in singapore

it is not a sustainable approach, old account is good, but to switch to another country is not safe, it will be scanned immediately

Using the old advertising account is fine, you can try, but changing the target to another country and then changing to the country you need to advertise is not feasible, because when you change, FB will re-censor your ad.

When you modify the campaign, Facebook will censor it again, and the old account will be more reputable with Facebook
 
yes old accounts with spending history will have an advantage in running gambling ads. But not 100%, there are still restricted accounts, so try combining with cloaking

The most effective way is to use an account with a high payment threshold that has spent a lot of money on Facebook. When posting, you should use the trick of blurring and hiding links to be less restricted to achieve high efficiency.

It's a good idea if you are able to bypass IP, and targeting countries that approve gambling ads makes it easier.

I think it will be difficult, because once your campaign is live, if you want to make changes, you will have to go through the approval process so it will be difficult to avoid.
When creating an ad campaign, you should set 2 countries (1 country that allows gambling and 1 country that does not allow gambling that you want to target), then go to FANPAGE and assign your FANPAGE to be visible only market in the non-gambling country you want to target, so a suspension is less likely

I get why you'd consider this, but it's risky. Older accounts do have more trust, but switching targeting after approval could easily get flagged by algorithms, leading to a ban. Personally, I’d stick to platforms more gambling-friendly or stay within the rules—it saves you from the headache of getting banned later.
 
It won't be very effective. You should look for some editing and concealing tricks to get campaign content and images approved.

No account is not the most important factor to handle this problem, but how you circumvent the law to legalize the policy-violating ad, it depends a lot on the image on the campaign. The account is only a very small part, if you use an old account that has been banned many times to campaign, there is a high chance that the next time will also be rejected.
 
You must find a strong enough account to be able to create a campaign. Changing the country will cause your account to be disabled.
