What do you mean by converting your screenshots to videos? You mean like a slideshow of your screenshots?

Yeah, if that's what you're doing then:
make the screenshots into a powerpoint > then make a vid of them in moviemaker

Windows Live Movie Maker can convert pics to video and can be downloaded free.

Do you mean like http://animoto.com/ there is a sample on the main page.

Also you can get free or paid accounts.
