I need Help monetizing my gaming site. Advice needed

Hello everyone,

Well I'm new in this world and this forum. I'm looking to make one of my first post as a monetizing post. Right now I own and run a gaming niche website that has a unique twist to it. It is just starting and my developer is still working a lot in the background. I'm looking for ways to increase money sales to the site via adsense, commision junction or any other ways to do it. I need help badly and I'm looking for any advice or anyone willing to mentor me along this way.

I don't think I can post the link here but I'm looking for any method possible to start increasing ways to make money.

It depends on what type of site specifically, whether or not you offer a service or a product. But if you are generally trying to rake in traffic, try various social networking websites.

Personally I promote casinos and bookies and one thing I find, is no matter what site (not gambling related) I put casino banners on, they make money. They make money due to the fact of the amount of people that like to gamble. No matter what site a gambler is on, if they see a good gambling offer, they get interested.

The site is based on youtube gaming videos, player submissions, social networking etc. I've been hitting up the social media and promoting traffic. The overall goal is to have a membership area where I can charge and other forms of advertising so I could monetize the entire site.

Freemium is a good way to go. Free to play - pay for upgrades.
Are there some things that you can offer that your users would want to pop a few bucks for?

well I'm also looking for a way to just monetize the whole process. I'm trying to figure out the best way to start and gain new members quickly and effectively. I'm fairly new to the whole SEO world as a whole.
