I NEED HELP GUYS - 1 Page with monetization issues

Hello Guys, i have a problem with my page.
I posted reels much more than videos, but i don't know where is the problem i deleted all the videos now only reels are present, should i delete everything than request review, or is this some king of Facebook Bug ?

earlier i used some musics from facebook library for reels, i am asking from a solution.

It's possible that your account is under review due to the recent changes you made.
