I need help- guide me for movie streaming website

I have seen lot of post where people are making money with Movie streaming site.

I want to give a try and want to see i can make something from movie streaming site.

just to start with I need your guidence.

what all i need to create a DMCA ignored website / safe way to host a website

i do not want to save movies on my website, i will be using other website link and use it in my site.
once i see some postive improvement in traffic or earning, then i will host my movies

so i need to know what should do ?
1. buy a domain
2. DMCA shared hosting
3. do i need to buy DMCA ignored VPS ??
